DIY: Boot Socks

Materials:
Old, unwanted sweater
Scissors
Tape measure

First Step: Use measuring tape to measure the desired height of  the sock.
I wanted mines knee length. From bottom of my foot to the top, mines measured to be about 14in.

Next Step: Cut the socks to the desired length.
These were the results after cutting.

Next Step: Pin the bottom of the socks to sew.

And Viola! Socks!!

The socks are super comfy! I wear them around the house.

And with boots, of course.

Cali Valley Winter Girl

Fiyahhhhhh outfit!! Thats what I was thinking when I put this outfit on honey. I got the cardigan for only $14. The hat was $10. Thermal jumpsuit was $10. The socks were $4. The boots were $17. I attended the U of M basketball game against Tulane. Very good  game by the way. I was on the edge of my seat. Although I had a broke toe, I still dressed fiercely. While at attendance of this game, a chick I know said I looked like a girl from the valley. I do not if that was a compliment of a joke. I just like being tagged as being different.

DIY: Infinity Scarf

Its phudging cold outside. I am a spring baby. I despise the cold weather. To stay warm, I try to bundle up as much as possible. I have accumulated plenty of  scarves and hats this winter. Since I recently moved, I discovered numerous amount of clothes that I did not wear any more. I saw this sweater and thought hey I could make a scarf from this.

Materials:
Old sweater
Scissors
Heat Fusible tape

Layout the sweater to figure out the desired length of the scarf.

Once you decide on the length. Cut the sweater detaching the sleeves.

Place the fusible tape along the edge to hem the edge

Fold over the sweater. Iron the sweater  until tape has fuse.

Once you hem the edges with the tape then you can take selfies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
